1. Data controller

We are a team together Ltd (Company No. 15179062) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Your privacy is our priority and we are committed to transparency in our data handling.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact form data: name, company, email, phone and message content.
  • Usage data: basic technical information about how you interact with this website.

3. Purpose and lawful basis

We use contact form data solely to respond to your enquiry and provide quotes or demos (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — steps prior to entering a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients). We do not use your data for unrelated marketing and we never sell it.

4. Data you hold in our software

Our perpetual-licence applications store your operational data (audit records, attendance logs, photos, tasks, signatures) on your own device and, where configured, your own cloud database. We do not access, sell or share that data; you remain the controller of it and we act only as the software provider.

5. Retention

Contact enquiries are retained for no longer than 24 months after our last communication, unless a contract follows, in which case records are kept for the duration required by law (typically 6 years).

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). To exercise any right, contact us at the details above.

7. Security and sharing

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. We do not transfer personal information to outside parties except where required by law or where trusted service providers (e.g. hosting or email) process it on our behalf under confidentiality.

8. Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary storage (e.g. to remember preferences on our software tools). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
